Youth Mission Statement:

The mission of the IMPACT and 18/25 Ministries of NJBC is to establish a biblical foundation for building Christian character, morals, values, and behaviors in young people from 5th grade through their early to mid-20s. By using creative and innovative methods, we aim to excite, inspire, capture, and ignite a passion for Jesus in their hearts. Our goal is to equip them to understand and embrace their identity in Christ Jesus, empowering them to live out their faith in every area of life as they mature spiritually, emotionally, and socially.

 

Youth Vision Statement:

Our vision is to respond to the social and spiritual needs of youth from 5th grade through their early to mid-20s within our church and community. We aim to provide biblical teaching, engaging activities, and meaningful events that help them build a strong foundation of faith. This foundation will empower them to confidently express and share their faith through their words, actions, and deeds. Additionally, we seek to encourage them to discover and use their individual talents in programs and ministries that align with their interests, nurturing their growth as people of faith while fostering a heart for service through impactful volunteer efforts in the community.
