This ministry is designed to provide an outlets for the unused creative talent in the community. It should provide an avenue for creative dance, music, poetry reading, and the theater arts.  This ministry should show the contribution that Africans/African Americans have made to the world. Unlike the Hebrews in Babylon who hung their harps on the willow trees, God gave us the ability to sing through our tears.
